Origin: Asia

Temperment: Peaceful fish despite it's size

Lifespan: 3-4 Years

Aquarium Conditions:
Ph: 6.2 - 7.8
Temp: 72 - 86°F

Aquarium Size: a minimum of 20 gallons is recommended. In some cases, you might need a minimum size of 30 gallons.

Fully Grown Size: 6 inches

Food: Flakes, bloodworms, tubifex worms

Breeding: These fish are easily bred. This fish is an egglayer.

Sexing: The males have pointier dorsal fins and red orange fins.

Tank Mates: Most other peaceful tank mates can co-habitate with this
